This is a neat example of a WH (Heeres) 'Richtabzeichen für Artillerie-Richtkannoniere' (or: artillery gun-layers patch) being a specimen as was executed in the neat 'machine-embroidered'-pattern and that comes in a 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-, condition. The piece - that shows a black-coloured- and thin-shaped 'backing-paper' in place - was simply never confectioned and comes in a 'virtually mint' condition: it just shows some minimal age ie. staining, simply caused by decades of storage only. I deem this a nice occasion to acquire an attractive 'Heeres' qualification-badge: almost impossible to find a better example for a better price!
