Early-period, black-class wound-badge (or: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Schwarz')
The attractive - truly used- and/or worn and typical non-magnetic - black-class wound-badge (ie. 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Schwarz') was (I deem) just moderately worn and or used: it comes in a still nicely preserved- albeit I deem clearly worn and/or used condition. Most of its original, black-coloured finish has regrettably been lost during usage and the award is just a tiny bit 'dusty' and/or minimally stained (as can be seen of the pictures). The badge is as stated a non-maker-marked- (and I deem somewhat early- ie. mid-war-period-) example. Of course, are the (regular- ie. thin-shaped- and also non-magnetic) pin and/or catch (-set-up) fully functional and of course present. This piece has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal dust and/or staining as to be expected. Simply a neat example of a fully untouched, early-pattern 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Schwarz' that is most certainly accordingly priced!
