Single, WH (Heeres) 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, NCO-type shoulderstrap: 'Uffz. eines Pz- o. Panzerjäger-Abtlgs. o. Rgts.'
This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless scarcely seen! - (I deem) early- (ie. mid-war-) period, so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for an NCO ie.: 'Unteroffizier u. Mitglied eines Panzer- o. Panzerjäger-Abteilungs o. Regiments' (or junior-NCO ie. junior-sergeant who served witin a tank-destroyer- ie anti-tank unit ie. regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem clearly issued- and/or: just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 11,2 cms. in length as more often seen - has the woolen-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these early- (ie. mid-war-) period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstrap - which originates from a larger cloth- and insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - shows the silverish-toned (ie. non-sub-dued) NCO-braid period-attached and comes mounted onto its functional tongue (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and/or fully 'text-book'! - 'M40- o. M43'-pattern, NCO-type 'Panzer o. Panzerjäger'-related shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier u. Mitglied eines Panzer- o. Panzerjäger-Abteilungs o. Regiments'!
