Single, TR-period hand-embroidered, officers'-type collar-tab as was intended for a high-ranked officer serving within the: 'Reichsministerium für die besetzten Ostgebiete (o. RMfdO)'

The truly attractive - regrettably single but nevertheless extremely rarely encountered! - TR-period hand-embroidered, officers'-type collar-tab (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Offiziere') was (in my opinion) intended for a high-ranked officer serving within the: 'Reichsministerium für die besetzten Ostgebiete (o. RMfdO)' (ie. the Reichs Ministry for the Occupied Eastern Territories in the former USSR) and that comes in a (I deem) just moderately used- and/or presumably tunic-removed-, conditon. The collar-tab on offer here is constructed from the specific, black-coloured- and/or: typical 'velvet'-type woolen-based cloth. The tab shows extraordinary hand-embroidery and is constructed from (bright) silver-toned 'braid' as to be expected (as can be seen on the pictures). The attractive collar-tab - which shows a beige-brownish-coloured- and/or carton-based 'backing' was (I deem) used as such and was once tunic-attached: it just shows some minimal age ie. staining simply caused by fair wear and/or decades of storage (as can be seen on the pictures). This interesting collar-tab originated from an extensive insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site. It should be noted that these RMfdO-related, officers'-type collar-tabs can easily be graded: 'extremely rare'. Too bad that it is only a single specimen!
