Matching pair of WH (Kriegsmarine) hand-embroidered career- ie. specialist-armbadges (ie. 'Laufbahnzeichen') as intended for usage by an officer within a: 'Nachrichten'-unit

Both patches - which were to be mounted on both lower-arm-regions of the various blue-coloured officers'- (ie. evt NCO-) type tunics - depict a detailed 'arrow'-device (as can be seen on the pictures). They are executed in bright-yellow- (ie. golden-) coloured Cellueon-based material on a darker-blue-coloured and woolen-based background. Both insignia-pieces do show extraordinary craftmenship and are additonally backed with a piece of blue-coloured linnen (as can be seen on the pictures). The set was clearly used- ie once-tunic-attached and shows some minimal age ie. staining caused by decades of storage and moderate wear. It sounds maybe strange all WH (Kriegsmarine) officers'-type-, career- ie. specialist-armbadges ie. 'Laufbahnzeichen' are quite hard to encounter and can easily be graded 'scarce'!
