WH (Heeres) 'standard-type'- and early-pattern, tropical-style rank-insignia (ie. roundel), as executed in bluish-grey coloured linnen on a brownish-green background: 'Oberschütze'
I recently found three - fully identical, early-period- and actually scarcely encountered! - examples of the WH (Heeres) 'standard-issue'-type, machine-embroidered, tropical-styled rank-insignia (ie. roundels) as was executed in bluish-grey coloured linnen onto a brownish-green-toned background as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberschütze' (ie. private first-class) and that come all three in an overall very nice- (I deem simply never used- nor once-tunic-attached-), condition. The pieces show some minimal age and/or staining simply caused by having been been stored as such for decades. The pieces - which are not maker-marked as more often seen - are not backed as can be seen onthe pictures: they were never before part of any collection and originate from a private-household. It sounds maybe strange but these simple tropical-style rank-badges are actually quite hard to encounter. My asking-price is naturally intended per single specimen. Simply a great occasion to acquire a neat tropical rank-badge as intended for a Heeres-soldier having the rank of an: 'Oberschütze'!
