Single, WH (Kriegsmarine) 'cyphered' EM-type shoulderstrap: 'Soldat eines Küsten-Artillerie-Rgts. o. Abtlgs.'

This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - 'cyphered'- (and I deem somewhat early- ie. mid-war-period pattern-) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as was specifically intended for usage on the field-grey coloured navy-style tunics by a: 'Soldat eines Küsten-Artillerie-Regiments o. Abteilungs' (or: simple soldier who served within a naval, coastal-artillery unit) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit slightly used ie. worn-), condition. The strap - which is fully 'text-book' in all facets and that measures approximately 11 cms. in length (and that has an approximate width of 5,5 cms. as usually observed) has a field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' and comes mounted onto its functional tongue. The strap shows the neat interwoven 'winged shell'-cypher (ie. 'Ziffer') which is executed in golden-yellow-coloured linnen denoting the rank of a simple: 'Soldat'. The strap - shows some minimal age and/or wear (as can be noticed on the pictures). It should be noted that ALL 'Küsten- artillerie' insignia-pieces are actually quite hard to encounter: those 'cyphered' examples even more so. Simply an attractive, neatly 'cyphered' naval EM-type shoulderstrap that was intended for usage onto the field-grey-coloured attire: too bad it is only a single specimen!
