Pair of tropical-issued, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Fwb. der Sanitäts-Truppen'

This is a truly very attractive - albeit not completely matching but most certainly worn as such and with certainty very rarely seen - pair of (I deem mid-war period- ie. 'DAK'- or: 'Deutsches Afrika Korps'-related-) WH (Heeres) NCO-type, 'tropical'-styled shoulderstraps as piped in the neat darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for - and most certainly worn by! - a: 'Feldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen' (or: NCO ie. sergeant and/or medical-orderly who served within an army medical-unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which are as stated above almost matching in execution and that do show some obvious fading, stains and/or wear - measure approximately 11,8 cms. in length each. Both straps have the typical brownish-green- (ie. tropical) coloured and/or linnen-based 'upperdecks' (and field-grey-coloured and/or woolen 'backings' as to be expected for a mid-war-period pair) and have the neat and desirable blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair comes naturally mounted onto its functional tongues and comes as most certainly worn and/or stored as such for decades. The neat and desirable pair was always together and was most certainly worn as such. The pair is just a tiny bit dirty ie. stained and shows the clear evidence of having been moderately used and/or worn (it has clearly been somewhat faded due to obvious sunlight). The straps show the beige-yelloe-toned (ie. 'standard-issued'-, tan-coloured pattern) NCO-braid and a pair of (regular-sized, aluminium-based) pips period-attached, denoting the NCOs-rank of: 'Feldwebel' (ie. sergeant). Simply a very attractive - and with certainty very desirable! - fully 'text-book', NCO-type tropical shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to a: 'Feldwebel der Sanitäts-Truppen'. It should be noted that all (genuine!) tropical- ie. 'DAK'-related-shoulderstraps are very hard to encounter and can easily be graded 'very rare': most of the pairs offered today are regrettably copies. I am aware of the fact that they are highly priced something that is according to their unmistaken rarity and/or desirability!
