Pair of later-war-period- (ie. 'M44'-pattern) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Feldwebel einer Sanitäts-Abtlgs.'
This is a truly attractive - and as such actually very scarcely encountered! - fully matching pair of (typical) later-war-period- (ie. 'M44'-pattern) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the neat darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Feldwebel einer Sanitäts-Abteilungs' (or: NCO ie. sergeant and medical-orderly who served within medical unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem issued albeit hardly used- nor worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which each measure approximately 10,5 cms. in length as more often - come naturally mounted onto their original (and simplified!) tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was hardly worn (almost mint!) and comes as found and/or stored for decades. The shoulderstraps - which show the neat and desirable, darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured and/or typical 'silk-like'-type piping attached - show a matching pair of (smaller-sized, identical and/or zinc-based) pips and have the bluish-grey-coloured (ie. clearly 'sub-dued') NCO-braid period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore these straps held the rank of an: 'Oberfeldwebel'. Simply a very attractive - and scarcely seen! - pair of truly later-war-period, so-called: 'M44-pattern'-shoulderstraps as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - an: 'Feldwebel einer Sanitäts-Abteilungs': with certainty one of the most attractive 'M44'-pattern, 'Sanitäter'-related NCO-shoulderstrap-pairs I had on offer for quite some time!
