9-pieced WWI- (ie. TR- or: 'Polizei'-) related ribbon-bar (ie. 'Feld- o. Bandspange') showing various WWI-period awards and a: 'Pol.-Dienstauszeichnung der 1. Stf.'

This is an attractive - and with certainty unusually- ie. fairly scarcely encountered! - larger-sized (ie. nine-pieced!) WWI (ie. WWII-) period ribbon-bar (ie. 'Feld- o. Bandspange') showing the ribbons for various WWI-period (and Austrian!) award such as (amongst others) an: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron-cross second class), a: 'Bayern Militär-Verdienstkreuz 3. Kl. mit der Krone' (with detailed device!), a: 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18' (ie.: 'Kriegsteilnehmerkreuz 1914-18 mit Schwertern') having a golden-toned sword-device attached and a: golden-class 'Pol.-Dienstauszeichnung 1. Stufe' (or: police loyal-service medal first-class) having a (bright-golden-coloured-) eagle-device attached and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit used- and/or worn, condition. All nine ribbons are of the regular (ie. smaller) ribbon-bar-size and measure approximately 1,5 cms. each (as is more often encountered). The 'Spange' comes in a very nice condition overall and is of course fully functional: it is assembled onto a metal 'backing-plate' and is neatly 'backed' with a piece of red-toned wool (as can be seen on the pictures). The attached (and detailed!) 'Auflagen' ie. devices show some minimal age ie. tarnish but have all three been nicely preserved. This particular example was I deem just moderately worn ie. used: it does show some usage-marks and/or minimal aging ie. wear. Simply a very attractive 'Band- o. Feldspange' showing various (some scarcely seen!) so-called: 'Auflagen' that is not that often offered for sale: great to decorate almost any TR-period ie. 'Polizei'-related tunic!
