Single, WH (Heeres) 'M41- o. M43'-pattern, EM-type shoulderstrap: 'Soldat u. Uffz.-Anw. der Art.-Truppen'

This is a neat - albeit clearly used and regrettably single! - WH (Heeres) enlisted-mens'-type, so-called: 'M41- o. M43'-pattern, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the typical bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and with certainty worn by! - a: 'Soldat u. Unteroffizier-Anwärter der Artillerie-Truppen' (or: simple soldier and NCO-candidate who served within the artillery-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit clearly used-, worn- and most certainly carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The attractive strap - which measures approximately 12 cms. sized in length as more often encountered - has the 'standard-type'- and/or field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' and shows the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured and/or woolen-type branchcolour ie. piping, attached. The strap shows a single-pieced loop ie. 'Lasche' attached (constructed from 'standard-issued'- ie. sub-dued-pattern NCO-braid) denoting that the soldier who wore this piece was an: 'Unteroffiziers-Anwärter' (as can be noticed on the pictures). The strap - that comes mounted onto its tongue - was just moderately used- and/or worn and does show some moderate staining and/or age simply caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage (as can be seen on the pictures). This strap originates from a private-household in Germany and was never before in collectors'-hands. Simply an attractive shoulderstrap that belonged to a: 'Soldat u. Unteroffizier-Anwärter der Artillerie-Truppen': too bad that it is only a single specimen!
