This is a very attractive - simply never and actually rarely seen! - example of the WH (Heeres) so-called: 'T-shaped'- (ie. 'M41-pattern'-) cap-eagle/cocarde (ie. cap-trapezoid or: 'Mützentrapez') as was specifically produced for usage on the 'M41-model' officers'-caps (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmützen für Offiziere') being executed in so-called: 'flat-wire', 'BeVo'-weave-pattern and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The piece is neatly executed in so-called 'BeVo'-weave, 'flatwire'-pattern on a field-grey-toned background (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be specifically noted that these 'M-41'-model, 'T-shaped' officers'-cap-eagles rank amongst the most difficult to find specimen of the extensive series. Simply a very attractive example that can excellently be used for a restauration of an 'M41-model' officers'-type field-cap!
