Pair of WH (Heeres) 'M36- o. M40'-) pattern, NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Feldwebel des Heeres-Flak-Art.-Abtgs. 315'
This is an interesting - and with certainty unusually seen! - pair of WH (Heeres) NCO-type, so-called: 'M36- o. M40'-pattern, rounded styled and I deem typically privately-purchased) 'cyphered' shoulderstraps as piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel des Heeres-Flak-Artillerie-Abteilungs 315' (or: NCO ie. sergeant who served within the army anti-aircraft unit, numbered: '315') and that shows a pair of bright-red-coloured, so-called: regimental-indicator-'Laschen' period-attached and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used-, worn- and/or: most certainly carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The truly attractive straps - which are approximately 11 cms. sized in length each as more often encountered - have the 'standard-type'- and/or typical darker-green-coloured- and/or (smooth- ie. boiled) woolen-based 'upperdecks' and show the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured and/or woolen-type branchcolour ie. piping, attached. Next to this, does the pair show a set of bright-red-coloured- (and silk-like-based) so-called: regimental-indicator-'Laschen' period (and firmly!) attached (something that is truly scarcely seen!). The straps were in my opinion only moderately used- and/or worn and do show some moderate staining and/or age simply caused by minimal wear and/or decades of storage (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair shows the ('standard-issue'-pattern) silverish-yellow-toned NCO-braid attached and also shows two sets of (matching, zinc-based and smaller-sized) '3'-, '1'- and/or '5'-numerals (ie. cyphers or 'Ziffern') and a pair of (regular-sized and zinc-based) pips period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore this pair held the rank of a: 'Feldwebel' (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come naturally mounted onto their functional (also entirely boiled-woolen-based) tongues and originated in my opinion from a private tailor-shop. This particular pair - which is as stated above completely matching and that was most certainly worn as such as a pair - originated from a larger-sized shoulderstrap-collection that was compiled over many years and that I acquired for the web-site. Simply a very attractive pair of so-called: 'M36- o. M40'-pattern, NCO-type shoulderstraps that was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Feldwebel des Heeres-Flak-Artillerie-Abteilungs 315'!
