Pair of WH (Heeres) general-officers'-pattern shoulderboards: 'General der Infanterie' (etc.)

This is a truly very attractive - and fully matching! - pair of (I deem somewhat later-war-period) WH (Heeres) general-officers'-pattern shoulderboards (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Generale des Heeres') as was intended for - and I deem minimally worn by - a general-officer holding the rank of: 'General der Infanterie' (or other branch!) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just moderately used and/or clearly tunic-removed-), condition. The neat shoulderboards - which both show an 'upperdeck' that is executed in golden- and/or silver-coloured- (ie. later-war-type) 'Cellueon'-based material and 'braid' - measure approx. 11 cms. in length each and show a bright-red-coloured- and/or 'smooth'-woolen-based 'underground' as to be expected. The boards come mounted onto their smaller-sized tongues attached (as can be noticed on the pictures). The boards show two pairs of (bright silver-toned, typical larger-sized, 'Buntmetall'-based) pips attached and was thus a pair that was intended for a general-officer with the general-officers' rank of a: 'General der Infanterie' (or other branch). The boards show truly extraordinary detail and are a great example of the employed craftmenship of the days. The pair is just a tiny bit tarnished ie. stained (simply caused by years of storage ie. moderate wear). The pair belonged to an (regrettably unidentified) army 'General' who kept and/or stored these neat insignia-pieces for decades. Simply a very attractive and/or truly detailed WH (Heeres) general-officers'-type shoulderboard-pair that is with certainty priced according to its desirability and rarity!
