Pair of WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type collar-patches for a medium-ranked administrative-official ie. officer and: 'Leutnant' (or: 'Beambte des mittleren Dienstes')
The neat collar-tabs - which were intended for lower- (ie. medium) ranked WH (Luftwaffe) officers having the comparable rank of a: 'Leutnant' (or: lieutnant) - are constructed from the specific, darker-green-coloured- and/or typical smooth-like- (ie. moleskin-type) wool and show the neatly hand-embroidered 'laurels' (as executed in bright silver-coloured braid as to be expected). The tabs show moreover a twisted, silver-coloured 'piping' (as per regulation) and show the yellowish-beige-coloured and/or 'buckram'-based, 'standard'-pattern backings (that show the printed numeral: '22' on their backs as can be noticed on the pictures). The tabs originated from a German private household and were never before in a collection: the tabs were simply never worn nor used and came still sewn-together: they can thus easily be graded 'virtually mint'. It should be noted that these Luftwaffe-related, officers'-type collar-patches as intended for lower- (ie. medium) ranked administrative-officials can be graded: 'scarce'. I deem that I have priced this attractive pair for a: 'Leutnant u. Beambte des mittleren Dienstes', accordingly!
