Single, officers'-type collar-patch (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Offiziere'): 'Sicherheits- u. Hilfsdienst'- (ie. 'SHD')

This is an attractive - regrettably single but nevertheless quite scarcely found! - single example of a darker-green coloured- and/or (typical) felt-woolen-based, officers'-type collar-patch (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Offiziere') as was specifically intended for usage by officers serving within the: 'Sicherheits- u. Hilfsdienst'- (ie. 'SHD') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. simply never used- nor tunic-attached- ie. still 'virtually mint'), condition. The collar-tab - which is nicely 'backed' with beige-yellow-coloured 'Buckram'-based material - shows the (neatly detailed and I deem machine-embroidered!) 'SHD'-characters on a darker-green-coloured background (done in silver-toned linnen): it is, moreover, 'piped' with a piece of (typical twisted, silver-toned ie. piped) braid (as can be noticed on the pictures). The piece came still packed in its period, 'Cellophan'-based pouch as found (as can be noticed on the pictures). I am convinced that this is a neat SHD-related officers'-type collar-patch of unmistaken scarcity: too bad that is only a single specimen!
