Single, WH (Luftwaffe) 'cyphered', EM-type shoulderstrap: 'Soldat des Flak-Art.-Abtlgs. 12'
This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - WH (Luftwaffe) 'cyphered', enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as piped in the bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat' (or: simple soldier) who served within the: 'Flak-Artillerie-Abteilungs 12' (or: airforce anti-aircraft unit, numbered: '12') and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used and/or worn- and clearly 'cut-off'-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which measures approx. 11 cms. in length - has the neat, bright-red-coloured branchcolour (and/or: 'woolen-like'-type) piping attached and comes without tongue as found (it is clearly a strap of the 'sew-in'-pattern and was clearly 'cut-off'-a tunic as can be seen on the pictures). The strap show the neat hand-embroidered: '1'- and/or: '2'-numerals (ie. 'Ziffern') which are both executed in (somewhat sun-faded) bright-red-coloured linnen ie. wool by means of so-called: 'Handstickerei' (as can be noticed on the pictures). The strap - that is entirely constructed from the 'officers'-type LW-cloth - just shows some moderate wear: some minimal age usage is visible and/or present. Simply a neatly 'cyphered', LW-Flakartillerie EM-pattern shoulderstrap that was most likely used onto a LW-type 'Viertaschenrock: too bad that it is just a single specimen!
