Single, WH (Luftwaffe) NCO-type shoulderstrap: 'Oberfeldwebel der Flg. o. FJ-Truppen u. Mitglied einer LW-Kriegsschule'
This is a neat - regrettably single but nevertheless still scarcely seen! - WH (Luftwaffe), neatly 'cyphered' NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour and that was as such specifically intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Flieger o. Fallschirm-Truppen u. Mitglied einer LW-Kriegsschule' (or: sergeant first-class and member who served within one of the Luftwaffe-related war-schools) and that comes in an overall nice- (and I deem just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The strap - that shows the neat golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener') coloured and 'silk-like'-type piping attached - originates from a private-household in Germany where it was recently uncovered. It comes mounted onto its period tongue (that has been period-altered ie. made smaller to be worn on a tunic as can be seen on the pictures). The strap measures approximately 10,6 cms. in length and shows a neat (Gothic-styled, silverish-grey-toned and/or typical alumnium-based) so-called: 'KS'-cypher (ie. 'Ziffer') and a matching pair of (identically-styled) pips period-attached. Moreover, does the strap show the regular-styled, silverish-toned LW-pattern, NCO-braid attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap was - as stated above - just minimally worn and/or used and does show some minimal age, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that all LW-type, 'cyphered' shoulderstraps can easily be graded 'scarce' and are not that often offered for sale. Simply an attractive - and neatly 'cyphered'! - NCO-type shoulderstrap that belonged to a: 'Oberfeldwebel der Flieger o. Fallschirm-Truppen u. Mitglied einer LW-Kriegsschule': too bad that it is only a single example!
