4-pieced WH (Heeres) officers'-type insignia-set as intended for a: 'Hauptmann u. Mitglied einer Panzer- o. Pz-Jäger'-unit

This is an attractive - fully matching albeit clearly used and/or worn! - four-pieced, WH (Heeres) officers'-type insignia-set comprising of a shoulderboard- and dito collar-tab-set as piped in the neat bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour as specifically intended for usage by a: 'Hauptmann u. Mitglied einer Panzer- o. Panzerjäger-Abteilungs, Regiments o. Division' (or: officer who served within a specific tank- ie. anti-tank or tank-destroyer unit) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit clearly used- and/or most certainly worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The shoulderboards show two pairs of the neat (regular-sized, golden-coloured and 'Buntmetall'-based) pips period-attached denoting that the pair was intended for an officer who held the rank of: 'Hauptmann' (or: captain). All four devices show some regular age and/or minimal tarnish. The boards - that show moderate age, wear and or staining - are truly 'text-book'-examples of the 'Heeres'-type 'Panzer'-shoulderboards and have the greyish-silver-coloured (ie. sub-dued) 'upperdecks'. The boards show the desirable bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour (and were constructed from the smooth-type wool as to be expected). The boards - that measure approximately 9,5 cms. in length each - come mounted onto their functional tongues attached. Next to the boards the set comprises of a pair of 'standard-issue'-pattern and neatly hand-embroidered, officers'-type collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Offiziere') as also piped in the bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour. This pair - which is neatly 'backed' with beige-coloured buckram-based material as more often observed - is neatly hand-embroidered in greyish-silver-toned linnen (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was most certainly once tunic-attached (by means of hand-stitching) and was clearly tunic-removed: it shows some obvious staining caused and wear (as can be seen on the pictures). These insignia-pieces could be used on the regular field-grey-coloured tunics but also saw usage onto the typical, black-coloured Panzer-type 'wrap-around'-tunics. This particular set originates from a private-household in Germany and was never before in collectors'-hands: it was always together. I deem that I have priced this neat Panzer-related insignia-set that belonged to a: 'Hauptmann u. Mitglied einer Panzer- o. Panzerjäger-Abts. o. Division', accordingly!
