HJ- (Hitlerjugend-) ie. WHW-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie')
This is a neat HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) ie. WHW- (or: 'Winterhilfs-Werke'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstalstungsabzeichen') that was specifically issued to commemorate a HJ- (ie. WHW-) related gathering ie. rally held in the year 1936 being a non-maker-marked example that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in typical, golden-toned metal (I deem so-called: zinc- or pot-metal) - shows nice detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished: it is just somewhat tarnished by age. The piece (which is as stated above non-maker-marked) depicts an eagle-device with in its centre a 'HJ-Raute' coupled with the date: '1938' and comes mounted onto its (of course still functional) pin-/catch set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a neat HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related 'tinnie'. I deem that I have priced this example according to its nicely preserved- and/or fully untouched, condition!
