WH (Kriegsmarine) 'M43-pattern' cap-eagle/cocarde (ie. cap-trapezoid or: 'Mützentrapez')
This is a very attractive - and actually very scarcely seen! - example of a WH (Kriegsmarine) so-called: 'M43-pattern' cap-eagle/cocarde (ie. 'Mützentrapez' or: trapezoid-shaped cap-eagle) as was specifically produced for usage onto the darker-blue-coloured, so-called: 'M-43'-model-caps (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmützen') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The piece is neatly machine-woven in golden-yellow-coloured (and/or linnen-based) thread onto a typical (darker-blue-coloured- and woolen-based) background and was simply never cap-attached: it does show some minimal storage-age only. Simply a nice occasion to aquire an attractive - and with certainty very scarcely seen! - naval-cap-trapezoid for a competitive price: only the second such rare example I ever had on offer!
