Neat - just moderately used albeit slightly mis-matched - pair of machine-embroidered, WH (Heeres) officers'-type collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel') as was intended for an: 'Offizier und Beamter a.K. des mitteler Dienstes'
This is a neat - and just moderately used albeit slightly mis-matched - pair of neatly machine-embroidered, WH (Heeres) officers'-type collar-tabs (ie. 'Offiziers-Kragenspiegel für WH Beamten auf Kriegsdauer') as were specifically intended for an: 'Offizier u. Beamter a.K. des mitteler Dienstes' and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem clearly issued- and/or just moderately worn-), condition. The collar-tabs - which have the greyish-coloured- and/or smooth-woolen-based 'background' and/or darker-green- (ie. 'grüner-') coloured branchcolour (and that are piped with darker-green-toned- and/or woolen-based piping) - show great pronounced detail: especially the greyish-toned (machine-woven) embroidery of the centre-pieces is simply stunning and/or very pronounced. I deem that this pair was only moderately worn- ie. once tunic-attached (by hand-stitching as can be seen on the pictures). The tabs are nicely 'backed' with browish-yellow-coloured 'buckram' as more often encountered (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a neat 'WH-Beambter'-pair that belonged to a medium-ranked army-official (ie. 'WH Beamte auf Kriegsdauer') and that is I deem priced according to its slightly mis-matched condition!
