Attractive - fully matching and actually scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres) neatly 'cyphered'- (and bright-red-piped!) officers'-pattern shoulderboards as specifically intended for an: 'Oberleutnant u. Waffenoffizier der Artillerie-Truppen'
This is a truly attractive - and/or fully matching and/or actually quite scarcely encountered! - WH (Heeres) pair of neatly 'cyphered'- and/or typical bright-red- (ie. hochroter-) coloured ie. piped officers'-pattern shoulderboards as was specifically intended for - and clearly used by! - an: 'Oberleutnant u. Waffenoffizier der Artillerie-Truppen' (ie. lieutnant first-class and member within one the army weapon-schools) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. moderately used- ie. worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The attractive shoulderboards - which are regular-sized and do measure approximately: 11,2 cms. in length each - are piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour and have greyish-silver-coloured- (ie. fairly sub-dued-) 'upperdecks' (as can be seen on the pictures). The boards show a matching pair of the neat copper-bronze-coloured- (and I deem) 'Buntmetall'-based, so-called: 'canon'-'cyphers' (ie. 'Ziffern') and equally styled pair of (regular-sized) pips period-attached (denoting the officers'-rank ie. function of: 'Oberleutnant u. Waffenoffizier'). The pair - which came mounted onto its smaller-sized officer-type tongues attached - only shows some moderate age and is just a tiny bit stained ie. dirty (simply caused by having been worn and/or stored as such for decades). Simply an attractive - and/or fully matching! - shoulderboard-pair that belonged to an: 'Oberleutnant u. Waffenoffizier der Artillerie-Truppen': ideal to store in any shoulderboard-collection or to complete any officers'-pattern tunic. I deem that this attractive and/or neatly 'cyphered' shoulderboard-pair is accordingly priced!
