Superb - and fully matching! - pair of mid-war-period, so-called: 'M41 o. M43'-pattern, WH (Heeres) EM-type shoulderstraps that comes with its accompanying 'Überschube'-pair as intended for a: 'Soldat des Infanterie-Regiments 129'
The truly very attractive - entirely 'text-book' and fully matching! - pair of typical 'standard-issued'- (ie. 'non-privately-purchased'!) pattern, WH (Heeres) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps is piped in the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour and measures approximately 11,6 cms. in length each. The straps have the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured- and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached as were as such intended for usage by a: 'Soldat des Infanterie-Regiments 129' (or: simple soldier who served within the infantry-regiment, numbered '129' something that can naturally easily be deducted from the attached 'Überschube'-pair. The neat shoulderstraps - which originate from a larger cloth- ie. shoulderstrap-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - are typical 'standard-issued'-examples that have the field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks': they were - I deem - just minimally used ie. worn and do show some truly minimal wear, age and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues and came with a (also matching) pair of neat (field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based) so-called: shoulderstrap-slip-ons (ie. 'Schulterstück-Überschuben') attached bearing both the unit-designation: '129' (as executed in equally white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured, so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei' done in wool as can be seen on the pictures). Both the shoulderstraps and/or: 'Überschuben' come in an overall very nice and/or fully undamaged condition (as can be seen on the pictures). These desirable 'M41- o. 43'-pattern, 'Infanterie'-related EM-type shoulderstraps as piped in the 'weisser'-coloured branchcolour can nowadays easily be graded 'scarce' even more so when they come with an (equally scarcely found!) 'Überschuben'-pair attached. Simply a very attractive - and fully matching! - Heeres EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to a: 'Soldat des Infanterie-Regiments 129' and that is I deem priced according to its obvious scarcity and/or desirability!
