Attractive, 'standard-issue'-pattern, black-coloured and/or (partly) aluminium-based WH-compass (ie. 'Marschkompass') being a neatly 'CLK'-maker-marked and/or individually numbered (ie. '111202') example
The truly attractive compass (ie. 'Marschkompass') is naturally still fully functional and retains most of its (fairly glossy) black-painted ie. sprayed colour and is clearly marked with the engraved serial-number (ie. '111202') and/or typical 3-digit, 'CLK'-makers'-designation as mentioned above ( denoting that it was produced by the maker: 'Breithaupt & Sohn' as was based in the town of Kassel. The compass shows as stated only moderate wear and/or age but is naturally still fully functional. This truly 'high-quality' piece was most certainly issued in the war-years (or before) but was most certainly used throughout the WWII. The piece was moderately used and does show some regular paint-loss (as can be seen on the pictures). Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this example shows an aluminium-based 'top'-lid something that is most certainly not that often seen (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a neat - and in this completely untouched condition actually unusually encountered ! - WH-equipment-item that is I deem accordingly priced!
