Attractive - and truly scarcely found! - example of a: 'Deutsche Bronzene Verdienstmedaille des Deutschen Adler Ordens ohne Schwertern' being a nicely maker- (ie. '30'-) marked example
This is an attractive - and truly scarcely found! - example of a so-called: 'Deutsche Bronzene Verdienstmedaille des Deutschen Adler Ordens ohne Schwertern' (or: bronze-class merit medal of the German Eagle Order without swords) being a nicely maker- (ie. '30'-) marked example that shows the clear makers'-designation: '30' stamped into its ring and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem probably issued albeit I deem hardly used- nor worn-), condition. The truly very detailed and nicely preserved example is executed in somewhat darker, bronze-toned metal and came mounted onto its full-length (and neatly confectioned- ie. 9 cms.-sized) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') which piece is actually scarcely found by itself. This ribbon also retains its bronze-toned 'clip' (intended to attach the award to a tunic). The piece retains gorgeous details and was naturally never cleaned nor polished. As stated above, does this example bear a clearly stamped makers'-designation: '30' into its ring signifying that it deals with a piece that was produced by the Austrian-maker (ie. 'Hersteller') named: 'Hauptmünzamt' based in the town of Wien (ie. Vienna). Simply a fantastic example of a: 'Deutsche Bronzene Verdienstmedaille des Deutschen Adler Ordens ohne Schwertern' that will be very hard to be upgraded!
