Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of Waffen-SS officers'-pattern shoulderboards as piped in the bright-red-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'SS-Obersturmführer' who served with the 'SS-(Sturm)Artillerie-Truppen'
This is a truly attractive - and fully matching! - pair of Waffen-SS officers'-type shoulderboards as piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'SS-Obersturmführer' (or: lieutnant first-class) who served within the: 'Waffen-SS (Sturm)Artillerie-Truppen' (or: artillery-troops) and that comes in overall very nice- (albeit I deem just moderately used and/or worn, condition. The neat shoulderboards - which come mounted onto their typical officers'-pattern tongues - have the somewhat 'sub-dued'- (ie. greyish-silverish-coloured) 'upperdecks' and are executed in black-coloured wool as to be expected. The pair shows the desirable 'rayon'-type, bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The boards - which measures approximately 10,8 cms. in length each - show a single (tarnished) golden-toned (and I deem glass-based!) pip each period-attached denoting the junior-officers'-rank of: 'SS-Obersturmführer' (ie. lieutnant first-class). The boards show some minimal age, usage and/or staining. Simply a very attractive Waffen-SS officers'-type shoulderboard-pair that comes in a desirable branchcolour: I deem that I have priced this neat Waffen-SS-pattern, officers'-type 'Obersturmführer'-shoulderboard-pair, accordingly!
