The attractive - nicely preserved and with certainty unususally seen! - commemorative day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in (unusual) light-brown-toned- and/or typical resin-based material: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but is nevertheless, truly very nicely preserved. The oval-shaped badge that shows a detailed illustration of an (old-style) eagle-device coupled with the text: 'Kreis Partei Tag - Gotha - Stadt u. Land - 2. u. 3. Februar 1935' and comes natuarlly mounted onto its functional- (and non-altered-) pin-/catch set-up. It has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' retains most (ie. all!) of its light-brown-coloured finish without showing any defaults. It should be noted that all 'N.S.D.A.P.-related tinnies that were intended to commemorate an event at regional- (ie. 'Kreis'-) level (such as the piece on offer here) saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'). Simply a neat commemorative N.S.D.A.P.-related 'tinnie' that is I deem accordingly priced!
