'Waffen-SS'- (ie. 'SS-Nachrichten'-) related ID-disc: 'Waffen-SS - NA.E.Abt.'
This is a very attractive - and actually truly scarcely encountered! - example of a greyish-coloured- and/or: typical later-war-period and/or zinc-based so-called: 'Waffen-SS'- (ie. 'SS-Nachrichten'- or: signals-) related ID-disc (ie.: 'Erkennungsmarke') bearing the clearly-stamped unit-designation that simply reads: 'Waffen-SS - NA.E.Abt.' (and as such being - I deem - a disc that was intended for a soldier ie. NCO who served within the: 'Waffen-SS Nachrichten-Ersatz-Abteilung' or: signals replacement-unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly used ie. worn-), condition. The attractive disc comes in overall nice condition (and is executed in an attractive letter-type!) and shows the clear evidence of having been used ie. worn (it shows somewhat torn-out holes as can be seen on the pictures). The disc shows the stamped soldiers'-bloodgroup ('Type 0') something that is NOT always seen with genuine Waffen-SS ID-discs. The disc was never cleaned nor polished (and it is still a bit stained and/or dirty). Simply an attractive and honest 'Waffen-SS'- (ie. 'SS-Nachrichten'-) related ID-disc that is with certainty accordingly priced!
