Superb - early-period! - enamelled lapel-pin: 'Der Stahlhelm' - Bund der Frontsoldaten (Sta) - Eintrittsabzeichen 1922' being a nicely engraved (ie. 'VI.No. 863 - 1.10.1923'-) example that comes in an overall very nice condition

This is a truly attractive - early-period- and actually quite scarcely seen! - example of a neatly enamelled lapel-pin (aka: 'Eintrittsabzeichen') that was worn by a member of the organisation: 'Der Stahlhelm' - Bund der Frontsoldaten (Sta)' being an example that was issued in the year: '1922' and that comes in an overall very nice and/or fully undamaged- and/or untouched, condition. The badge on offer here is a (an early-period) so-called: 'Eintrittsabzeichen 1922' (or 'entry-badge') which shows a nicely engraved text and number on its back that reads: 'VI.No. 863') and entry-date: '1.10.23' (as can be seen on the pictures): something that is more often the case with these attractive 'Der Stahlhelm Eintrittsabzeichen'. The badge - which truly shows no enamel damage whatsoever - has I deem never been cleaned nor polished and still retains a superb and minimally darkened- (ie. tarnished) age-patina. It is also neatly maker-marked with a logo ('STH') and bears the usual 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-pending mark as is more often encountered on these attractive SH-membership-badges. The lapel-pin comes naturally also mounted onto its fully functional pin- ie. catch(-set-up). A similar example is also figured in the 'Heering-Hüsken'-lapel-pin catalogue, wherein it is given a unique reference-number (4107L) and an estimated value of 300 Eu. I deem this is an attractive and most certainly decorative (early-period!) badge which I have priced according to its fully untouched and/or minimally tarnished condition!
