The truly very attractive - and typical non-magnetic! - 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Schwarz' (or black-class wound-badge) shows only minimal storage-age but truly retains all of its original, black-coloured- and/or: somewhat shiny finish: it is just a tiny bit 'dusty' and/or minimally stained caused by decades of storage only (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge is as stated above a typical, non-maker-marked example that comes in a 'virtually mint- ie. unissued condition' (as can be seen on the pictures). Of course, are the (regular- ie. thin-shaped-) pin and/or (unusually shaped!) catch (-set-up) fully functional and of course present. This piece has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal dust and/or staining as to be expected and came stored in its 'generic'-pattern 'LDO'-type pouch (sized: 10,5 x 6 cms.) that shows the pre-printed 'LDO'-logo on its front and that shows the printed text: 'Die Herstellung von Orden….'etc. on its back as to be expected. The pouch is fully functional and complete but does show a small (non-disturbing) tear (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a very nicely preserved - and complete! - black-class WB-set that will be very hard to be upgraded!
