Attractive - fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres) 'Kavallerie o. Aufklärung'-related, so-called: regimental shoulderstrap-'slip-ons' (ie. 'Schulterstück-Überschuben') as was intended for a: 'Soldat d. Kav.- o. Div. Aufklärungs-Abts. 246 (mot)'
This is an attractive - fully matching and scarcely found! - pair of WH (Heeres) 'Kavallerie o. Aufklärung'-related, so-called: regimental shoulderstrap-'slip-ons' (ie. 'Schulterstück-Überschuben') as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat des Kavallerie- o. Div. Aufklärungs-Abteilungs 246 (mot)' (or: simple soldier who served within a cavalry-related, motorised, reconnaissance-unit numbered: '246') and that comes in a wonderful- (and I deem simply never worn- nor used-), condition. The pair is neatly 'machine-stitched'-embroidered (by means of so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei') in the typical golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured wool and does show some minimal storage-age only. Simply an attractive pair of WH (Heeres) 'Kavallerie o. Aufklärung'-related 'Überschuben' that is - I deem - accordingly priced: great to 'decorate' a pair of 'goldgelbener'-piped 'Heeres'-shoulderstraps or ideally fitted to keep in any insignia-collection!
