Unusual, 'Deutscher Turnerbund'-related 'tinnie' being a non-maker-marked example depicting a building (ie. church), double swastika and text that reads: '33. Hammer Turn- u. Spielfest - 7.-8. Sept. 1935'
The neat - and with certainty not that often seen! - TR-period, 'Deutscher Turnerbund'-related 'tinnie' is executed in golden-bronze-toned metal (ie. tin- or so-called: pot-metal) and is a typical non-maker-marked example that depicts a building (ie. church), double swastika, towns-shield and text that reads: '33. Hammer Turn- u. Spielfest - 7.-8. Sept. 1935' and that comes in an overall very nicely preserved, condition. The attractive square-shaped badge - that shows some normal wear and/or moderate age - comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch-set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The regular-sized- and square-shaped piece (measuring approximately 4,2 x 3 cms.) is totally void of makers'-designation as more often. Simply a neat occasion to acquire a neat - and locally-issued! - 'Deutscher Turnerbund'-related 'tinnie' (ie. day-badge or 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen') for a justified price!
