Superb - and scarcely encountered! - HJ- (Hitlerjugend-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') as was issued to commemorate a HJ-related gathering named: 'H.J. Bann-Treffen - 122. Hohenlohe - 8. Heuel 34 - Künzelsau'
This is a very attractive - and actually truly scarcely encountered! - fairly early-period, HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstalstungsabzeichen') that was specifically issued to commemorate a specific HJ-related gathering ie. rally (named: 'H.J. Bann-Treffen - 122. Hohenlohe - 8. Heuel 34 - Künzelsau') being a non-maker-marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in typical, golden-toned metal (I deem so-called: zinc- ie. pot-metal) - and shows extraordinary detail. The piece is still somewhat tarnished by age (as can be noticed on the pictures). The piece depicts a detailed (early!) HJ-eagle-device resting on three 'HJ-Fahnen' (ie. flags) coupled with the text: 'H.J. Bann-Treffen - 122. Hohenlohe - 8. Heuel 34 - Künzelsau' and comes mounted onto its (functional) and untouched pin-/catch set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice - and most certainly not that often encountered! - HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related 'tinnie'. I deem that I have priced this attractive - and early-period! - example according to its desirability and/or nicely preserved condition!
