Pair of early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40 o. M43'-pattern) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps : 'Stabsfeldwebel o. Spiess eines Nachrichten-Abtlgs.'

This is a truly attractive - and as such actually scarcely encountered! - fully matching pair of early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40 o. M43'-pattern) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the neat bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured branchcolour, as was specifically intended for - and/or clearly worn by! - a: 'Stabsfeldwebel o. Spiess eines Nachrichten-Abteilungs' (or: senior-NCO ie. company-sergeant who served within an army-signals unit ie. regiment) and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem clearly issued and/or moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which each measure approximately 11,7 cms. in length as more often - come naturally mounted onto their original tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was just moderately worn and comes as found and/or stored for decades. The shoulderstraps - which show the neat and desirable, bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured and/or typical woolen-type piping attached - show the silverish-coloured (ie. non-'sub-dued') NCO-braid and six (I deem aluminium-based- and/or smaller-sized) pips period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore these straps held the (unusually seen!) rank of: 'Stabsfeldwebel o. Spiess'. Simply a very attractive pair of early- ie. mid-war-period so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern-shoulderstraps as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Stabsfeldwebel o. Spiess eines Nachrichten-Abteilungs': with certainty one of the most attractive 'Nachrichtren'-related NCO-shoulderstrap-pairs I had on offer for quite some time!
