Superb - and actually very scarcely found! - darker-blue-coloured RLB (or: 'Reichsluftschutzbund') so-called: 'Amtsträger-Armbinde für Führer' depicting the typical 'RLB'-logo (with lettering) and that comes in a moderately used- ie. worn, condition

This is a very attractive example of the - actually very scarcely encountered! - typical darker-blue-coloured- and/or typical linnen-based RLB (or: 'Reichsluftschutzbund') so-called: 'Amtsträger-Armbinde für Führer' (or: officers'-pattern service-armband) depicting the multi-coloured 'RLB'-logo (with lettering) and showing three silver-coloured- and typical braid-based 'borders' and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. This band signified that the bearer was an official member ie. higher-ranked officer of the RLB and acted as a so-called: 'Amtsträger' (these bands could also be worn with the civilian-attire). The armband - which comes neatly 'off-factory' stitched-together - measures approximately 37 x 10 cms. and comes in an overall very nice condition: it is just minimally stained and is somewhat wrinkled (as can be seen on the pictures). Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this example shows a neat interwoven makers'- (ie. patent-pending-) designation (something that is not often the case!) that simply reads: 'EB&S - Barmen - Ges.Gesch.' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive - and actually very unusually enocountered! - TR-era, RLB-related officers'-pattern armband ie. 'Amtsträger-Armbinde für Führer' that will be very hard to be upgraded!
