The truly very attractive - rarely found and I deem simply never used- nor worn ie. still 'virtually mint'! - example of a 'frosted' silver-toned and/or (typical) aluminium-based officers'-type: 'Diplomatisches Korps/Staatsbeamten'- (ie. penal ie. administrative, judicial officials-) belt-buckle being a clearly maker- (ie. 'O&C'- and/or: 'Ges.Gesch.') marked example that comes in a simply never used- (ie. still 'virtually mint'-) condition. The buckle - which shows a impressed makers'-designation (that reads: 'OLC' and that is thus produced by the: 'Overhoff & Cie - Lüdenscheid') on its back as more often - truly retains all of its silver-toned finish and just shows some minimal handling- and/or storage-age simply caused by having been stored as such for decades. The neat piece - that also shows a typical 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-pending designation - is of a typical 'molded-aluminium' and/or 'dual-pieced construction' and is very nicely executed and shows a typical (left-facing) eagle-device (as can be noticed on the pictures)). The neat buckle - that can easily be graded 'virtually mint' - orginates from an older belt-buckle-collection that was compiled over several years and that I recently acquired for the web-site. I deem that I have priced this very attractive - and simply never worn! - 'Koppelschloss für das Diplomatisches Korps o. Staatsbeamten', accordingly!
