Commemorative, AO- (ie. 'Ausland Organisation'-) related 'tinnie' being a maker- (ie. 'Fr. Zimmermann' ie. 'RzM M9/42'-) marked example depicting the AO-logo and text: 'VI. Reichstagung d. Auslanddeutschen in Stuttgart - 1938'
The attractive - and with certainty very scarcely seen! - AO- (ie. 'Ausland Organisation'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' is a clearly maker- (ie. 'Fr. Zimmermann' and/or: 'RzM M9/42'-) marked example that depicts a detailed eagle-device (and AO-logo!) coupled with the text that reads: 'VI. Reichstagung d. Auslanddeutschen in Stuttgart - 1938'. The attractive badge is executed in bright-silver-toned aluminium and shows some normal wear and/or moderate age. It comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. catch set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The regular-sized- and peculiar-shaped piece shows a clear makers'-designation (stamped onto its back as can be seen on the pictures. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and with certainty scarcely seen! - AO-related day-badge ie. 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' for an I deem justified price!
