Superb - and truly unusually encountered! - RLB (ie. 'Reichsluftschutz-Bund'), aluminium-based, EM-type belt-buckle (of the second pattern) being a clearly maker- (ie. 'R.L.B. Ges.Gesch. - Overhoff & Cie.'-) marked example

This is a very attractive - and in this stunning condition actually rarely encountered! - RLB (ie. 'Reichsluftschutz-Bund') typical aluminium-based, EM-type belt-buckle ('Koppelsschloss für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere des Reichs-Luftschutzbundes') (of the second pattern) being a maker- (ie. 'R.L.B. Ges.Gesch. - Overhoff & Cie.'-) marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem simply hardly used- nor worn- ie. 'virtually mint'-), condition. The buckle was I deem issued ie. minimally worn but does retain, nevertheless, extraordinary detail as to be expected. The piece has a typical, silver-coloured- (ie. 'frosted'-) aluminium-like appearance (ie. colour) and has never been cleaned nor polished (it has just acquired some minimal blackened tarnish and/or normal age-patina over the years but is totally void of any damage or alike and still retains a fully preserved, black-toned swastika-device). The piece is neatly maker- (ie. 'R.L.B. Ges.Gesch. - Overhoff & Cie. - Lüdenscheid'-) marked (as can be seen from the pictures). Simply a very attractive, RLB (ie. 'Reichsluftschutz-Bund'), aluminium-based, EM-type belt-buckle that is I deem priced according to its stunning condition!
