Nicely preserved - and typical bright blue-coloured enamelled! - 'Mitgliedsabzeichen des Stahlhelm-Frauenbundes' being a detailed example of the first pattern that shows a clear 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-pending-designation on its back
The attractive - and actually scarcely seen! - 'Mitgliedsabzeichen des Stahlhelm-Frauenbundes' (or: membership-lapel-pin) being a nicely preserved example of the first pattern has a very nicely preserved age-patina. It has most certainly never been cleaned nor polished: it is showing normal wear but is totally void of any (enamel-) damage (as can be seen on the pictures): just some regular wear ie. minimal scratches are noticable. The circular-shaped badge (having an approximate diameter of 2,3 cms.) shows moreover a somewhat tarnished- (ie. minimally stained) finish ie. age-patina as can be seen from the pictures. This example - which has the size of a regular N.S.D.A.P.'-membership-pin- ie. party-badge (or: 'Parteiabzeichen') - shows a bright-blue-coloured (ie. enamelled) surface (with silver outline of a 'Stahlhelm') and shows a capital 'F'-character separately attached: it comes mounted onto its regular-styled pin- (ie. pin-/catch-) set-up which is naturally still fully functional and/or present. The pin is void of a makers'-designation on its back but shows a 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-pending-marking. A similar example is also figured in the 'Heering-Hüsken'-lapel-pin-catalogue, wherein it is given the unique reference-number (9133A) and an estimated value of 100 Eu. Simply an attractive membership lapel-pin that belonged to a member of the: 'Stahlhelm-Frauenbund'!
