The neat - and as always naturally typically steel-based - Waffen-SS enlisted-mens' (ie. NCO- type) belt-buckle comes in a clearly ie. moderately used- and/or worn condition. It has, however, lost most (ie. almost all) of its silverish-coloured- and/or sprayed finish and was clearly ie. moderately used and/or worn (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece shows some minimal dirt and/or evident (rust)staining and does also show some clear usage-marks (it has, nevertheless, most certainly not recently been polished nor cleaned). The buckle has maintained a very detailed appearance and retains a very nice and/or decent, somewhat tarnished age-patina (as can be seen on the pictures). The buckle is typical, non-maker-marked, so-called: 'Overhoff & Cie'-example as is more often encountered. As certainly known are these original steel-based SS-buckles nowadays getting really hard to find something that most certainly merits my (I deem) reasonable asking-price: I do not know of a more interesting priced example!
