This is a very attractive - and exceedingly rarely found! - multi-coloured- and neatly machine-stitched, N.S.D.A.P.-related arm-patch (as executed in so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei') as was intended for - and truly worn by! - a particant within the: 'RFS' (or: 'Reichs-Führer-Schule') and that comes with an accompanying (small-sized) period-photo of the bearer as found and that comes in an overall very nicely preserved- (ie. just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. It should be noted that these neatly embroidered 'RFS'-armpatches (being merely intended for the limited number of party-members who served within one of the few 'Reichs-Führer-Schulen'!) rank amongst the most difficult and/or rarely encountered N.S.D.A.P.-patches around. The neat patch - which is executed in multi-coloured linnen and showing an upright-postioned arrow or 'Rune'-sign - comes mounted onto a (typical) buckram-based backing (as can be noticed on the pictures). The patch shows some moderate age ie. staining, simply caused by decades of storage and/or moderate wear. Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this patch came together with a period (smaller- ie. 7 x 4,5 cms.-sized) photo of the bearer. This photo shows an inked photographers-stamp and date (November 1938) as can be noticed on the pictures. I am aware of the fact that this set is highly priced but it was already very expensive when I acquired it: I simply wanted the set for the web-site. Simply a great opportunity to obtain a very rarely encountered N.S.D.A.P. arm-insignia: only the first such rare 'RFS'-patch I ever had on offer!
