Attractive - and matching! - darker-green-coloured officers'-type shoulderboards (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Offiziere') as was (I deem) specifically intended for a: 'Zugführer' serving within the: 'Sicherheits- u. Hilfsdienst o. SHD'
This is an attractive - and actually rarely found! - darker-green- ie. silver-coloured, officers'-type shoulderboards (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Offiziere des SHD') as was (I deem) specifically intended for a: 'Zugführer' serving within the: 'Sicherheits- u. Hilfsdienst o. SHD' and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. hardly used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-, condition. The attractive - and typically thin-shaped! - shoulderboards measure approximately 11,2 cms. in length each and are nicely 'backed' with darker-green-coloured wool. They are constructed from (typical silver-toned) braid and show the darker-green-coloured (and woolen-based) underlays attached: moreover, does each strap show a firmly-attached (golden-toned- and braid-based) slide (ie. 'Lasche') firmly attached (as can be noticed on the pictures). The pieces originated from an advanced cloth-insignia-collection that was compiled over a 50-year-period and that I acquired for the web-site. I am convinced that this is a neat 'SHD'-related officers-pattern shoulderboard-pair of unmistaken scarcity!
