Attractive - and 'cut-out of a tunic'! - WH (Heeres) officers'-type, hand-embroidered breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Offiziere') as was executed in bright-silverish-coloured braid as was intended for usage on the various officers'-pattern tunics
This is a neat - and actually unusually seen! - and I deem moderately worn example of a WH (Heeres) officers'-type, hand-embroidered breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Offiziere') as was executed in bright-silverish-coloured braid as was intended for usage on the various officers'-pattern tunics and that comes still (hand-sewn!) onto a piece of a: Heeres officers'-tunic-cloth and that comes in a moderately used- and/or carefully 'clearly cut-out of a tunic', condition (as can be noticed on the pictures). The (unique) piece originated from the USA where it was stored for decades a so-called: 'veteran bring-back'. Simply an attractive - and truly unusually found! - WH (Heeres) officers'-type breast-eagle ie. 'cut-out-piece' that is I deem accordingly priced!
