Commemorative, hollow-back- and/or bronze-toned, so-called: 'Feuerwehr'-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie') being a non-maker-marked example showing the text: '70 Jahre Freiw. Feuerwehr Landau Pf. - 1864 -1934'
The truly attractive - fairly early-period and actually not that easily found! - square-shaped (and somewhat larger-shaped) day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in golden-bronze-toned (and I deem) zinc-based metal (ie. pot-metal) and depicts a larger-sized swastika and some fire-brigade-related equipment coupled with the text: '70 Jahre Freiw. Feuerwehr Landau Pf. - 1864 -1934' and that was as such intended for a specific 'Feuerwehr'- (ie. fire-brigade) related commemorative-gathering that took place in the year 1934. The 'hollow-back'-pattern badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up and was (I deem) never cleaned nor polished: it just shows some minimal staining but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' - which is void of a makers'-designation - truly retains all of its (typical, minimally tarnished) golden-bronze-coloured finish. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and not that easily encountered! - fairly early-period and locally disseminated, so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' for a justified price!
