Neat - and scarcely encountered! - SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related 'tinnie' being a non-maker-marked example showing a battle-ship and text: 'S.A. Aufmarsch Gruppe Nordmark - 7. Mai 1933 - Kiel'
The attractive golden-bronze-toned badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is (I deem) executed in copper-coloured and so-called tin-based- (ie. pot-) metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but has presumably never been cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit dirty but has maintained a nice, somewhat tarnished age-patina). The shield-shaped day-badge has a functional pin-/catch set-up and shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is very detailed and retains most (ie. all) of its golden-bronze-coloured finish (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece shows a large battle-ship and swastika coupled with the text: 'S.A. Aufmarsch Gruppe Nordmark - 7. Mai 1933 - Kiel'. The piece - which is executed in copper- (ie. bronze-) toned 'pot-metal' - comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin/catch set-up and has a nice somewhat sub-dued age-patina. Simply an attractive - and actually not often encountered! - early-period, SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related tinnie that is accordingly priced!
