Neatly enamelled 'Reichsarbeitsdienst'- (ie. RAD-) related so-called: 'Mitglieds- o. Zivil-Abzeichen' being an attractive and patent-pending- (ie. 'Ges.Gesch.'-) marked example that shows the text: 'Arbeitsdank'
This is an attractive 'Reichsarbeitsdienst'- (ie. RAD-) related, colourful enamelled, so-called: 'Mitglieds- o. Zivil-Abzeichen' (or: civil membership-lapel-pin) being an attractive and clearly patent-pending- (ie. 'Ges.Gesch.'-) marked example that shows the text: 'Arbeitsdank' and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The detailed lapel-pin is made-out of silverish-golden-toned, so-called: 'Buntmetall' and truly retains an immaculate enamelled surface and/or silverished finish (no real damages are noticable). The badge bears the: 'Ges.Gesch.' patent-pending-mark on its back (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge is definitely issued and was moderate worn: it is void of any (real) enamel damage: it has most certainly never been cleaned nor polished and still has a neat, somewhat 'darkened' age-patina. The pin - which has a functional pin/catch set-up in place as to be expected - is also figured in the Heering-Hüsken lapel-pin-catalogue, wherein it is given the unique reference-number: 3801A and an estimated value of 30 Eu. Simply a nicely preserved RAD-related so-called: 'Arbeitsdank-Abzeichen' that is accordingly priced!
