Superb - albeit regrettably empty! - typical black-toned (simplified- and/or: 'L/18'-marked) etui as was specifically produced to store an: 'Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse' (or: Iron Cross 1st class) by the maker: 'B.H. Mayer's Kunstprägeanstalt'

This is a truly attractive - albeit regrettably empty and/or just moderately used! - example of a (typical black-toned and or somewhat simplified!) LDO-styled etui being a clearly 'L/18'-marked (ie. ink-stamped) example as was specifically produced to store an: 'Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse' (or: Iron Cross 1st class) as was produced by the maker: 'B.H. Mayer's Kunstprägeanstalt' as based in the town of Pforzheim and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just moderately used-), condition. The (typical non-domed-styled) etui comes in an overall very nice condition and shows a pristine beige-coloured- and/or (simulated) velvet-based 'inner-section'. The etui shows some regular age and or staining but is of course fully functional. Simply an attractive - and truly scarcely seen! - etui that can excellenty be used to store an: 'Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse' (or: Iron Cross 1st class) by the maker: 'B.H. Mayer's Kunstprägeanstalt' and was never before in any collection and that is with certainty accordingly priced!
