Attractive, (pre)WWI-period - and neatly silverish-toned! - so-called: 'Königlich Sächsischer Militär - St. Heinrichs-Orden des 5. Modell (1849-1918)' being a nicely preserved example that comes mounted onto its period ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt')
This is an attractive - and actually not that easily found! - example of a (pre)WWI-period - and neatly silverish-toned! - so-called: 'Königlich Sächsischer Militär - St. Heinrichs-Orden des 5. Modell (1849-1918)' being a nicely preserved example that comes mounted onto its period ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') and that comes in an overall very nicely preserved- (albeit most certainly issued- and/or moderately worn-), condition. The piece is executed in silver-toned metal (ie. I deem genuine silver) and shows on its front an illustration of Friedrich August ('König von Sachsen') and on its back the text: 'Verdienst um das Vaterland': moreover, does it show a makers'-designation in the neck of the portrait (ie. 'Stempelschneider-Signatur') that reads: 'F.U.' as can be noticed on the pictures. The piece shows a very nice and/or minimally tarnished (ie. bluish-toned) surface an comes mounted onto its (period albeit minimally shortened) yellow-light-blue- and/or yellow-striped ribbon. I deem that I have priced this attractive, 'Königlich Sächsischer Militär - St. Heinrichs-Orden des 5. Modell (1849-1918)', accordingly!
