This is a neat - not that easily found albeit as to be expected single! - specific SA (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen') enlisted-mens' (ie. NCO-) type shoulderboard (ie. 'Schulterstück') having the darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured branchcolour (and typical black-and-white so-called: 'checkered-styled') 'upperdeck' as was specifically intended for usage an: 'SA-Mitglied' (having the SA-rank of an: 'SA-Mann' upto a: 'SA-Haupttruppführer') serving within an 'SA-Standarte' belonging to the: 'SA-Gruppe Kurpfalz o. Nordsee' and that comes in a just moderately used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-, condition. The neat piece - that never had a tongue attached and that was clearly intended (and used!) as a piece of the 'sew-in'-pattern - was clearly used as such and does show some moderate age, wear- and/or staining (as can be noticed on the pictures). The piece comes, nevertheless, in an overall nicely preserved condition and is void of any defaults: it came with its period-attached nickle-chrome-based button (ie. 'Knopf') with which it was once tunic- ie. shirt-attached (as can be seen on the pictures). This particular SA-shoulderboard was found with various other SA-related cloth-insignia and was part of a grouping that was recently uncovered in the USA where it was brought after 1945 as a so-called: 'veteran-bringback'-lot. Simply a nicely preserved - and most certainly not that easily encountered! - 'SA-Schulterstück' that belonged to an: 'SA-Mitglied' serving within the 'SA-Standarte 118' ('SA-Gruppe Kurpfalz o. Nordsee') and that is I deem accordingly priced!
